    capital city. it was the planet's primary civilian spaceport. The city and surrounding terraced Sirpar Hills were places of utmost grace and nearly all motorized vehicles were banned. It was a system of underground access tubes that allowed speeders and groundcars to get to and from destinations. Aboveground, only quiet hover-limos and Keffi-drawn carriages were used.

  • Sirpar Station
    a transfer station located at the entrance to the Sirpar Hills and Pols Anaxes, on the planet Anaxes. It was here that the Anaxsi exchanged their landspeeders and groundcars for Keffis. This was due to most vehicles being banned in both the Hills and the Capital.
